Speeches were delivered by Rushdi Shkodra, Chairman of the Bet Israel in Kosovo, and by the main guest-speaker Kadri Veseli, Chairman of the Kosovo Assembly. The ceremonial addresses were followed by a documentary examining the personalities of the diplomatic corps of the various countries who at the right time showed their moral qualities and a great deal of courage. The event was attended by the Ambassadors of Czechia, France, Italy and Croatia.
