In the ceremony were present the Kosovo state representatives, members of the Parliament, civil society representatives and foreign diplomats accredited in Kosovo. On this occasion had their speeches H.E. Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Mr. Bohumil Mazanek, and H.E. Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Albin Kurti.
