Short term Schengen visa can be obtained at the Embassy of France in Phnom Penh (Schengen visa only) or at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bangkok (both Schengen and long-term visa and applications for residence permits).

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Phnom Penh provides the consular agenda, with the exception of the visa and the e-passport agenda.
