The 7th CIFF that took place between 4 and 9 March 2017 paid a special tribute to the famous Czech director Miloš Forman. The two films from Forman´s early period were screened - Firemen´s Ball and Loves of a Blond. As Miloš Forman celebrated his 85th anniversary in February 2017, the audiences in Phnompenh had a chance to be also a part of the celebration.

The Cambodia International Film Festival is the largest cinema event in Cambodia that screened 130 films from 30 countries in its 2017 edition. The Embassy of the Czech Republic is proud to be the partner of the festival.
