Translation verification

Please note that the Embassy verifies the translation of registry documents only.
Requirements: the document and its accurate translation on a separate sheet of paper, a piece of ID or proof of place of residence of a legal person, consular fee; in case of postal applications, a pre-paid and self-addressed registered mail (preferably Xpresspost).
Fee is set for 1 page, if the verification is made with the purpose of a registration of birth/marriage/death at the special register in Brno, the fee is collected in half.
The fee is accepted in cash (CAD only), by certified check addressed to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ottawa or by money order addressed to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ottawa. In case of personal submission, you can pay by bank card.
Processing time: 1 - 7 days
