The Consular Section receives many phone calls every day and it is therefore very busy. It may be difficult to get through. For this reason we recommend sending your request by email or fax. Please always state your name, surname or possibly the reference number of your application in any written communication with the Embassy.
Please pay attention to the visa information on this website and do not send requests for general information that can be read from this website. We usually respond to specific email inquiries within 5 business days, if the response cannot be found on our website.
Telephone enquiries about applications processing are answered by consular section: Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 15:30, Friday 13:30 - 14:30.
