Political representatives of Canada sent cordials congratulations to their Czech counterparts and the Czech nation on this important day. The Czech Embassy in Ottawa organised a concert of talented young Czech pianist Jan Čmejla on 26th October. And the Ambassador-designate Martin Tlapa congratulated to the winners of the Sokolský běh republiky, a running race organised by Sokol and Czech School Ottawa with support of the Embassy in Ottawa on 28th October 2023.
