The Czech Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs (UZSVM) offers the sale of the Štiřín Castle in an electronic auction. The auction will be held from August 28, 2025 until August 29, 2025.
The 18th–century Baroque chateau, which is located only 25 km from Prague, is being offered including extensive grounds.The chateau complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several social halls (for congresses or cultural events), facilities for sports and relaxation services. The chateau building also includes a chapel. There is also the Atis House with a wellness centre and a chateau park with landscaping for golf. The complex is not in use.
