Ambassador presided the meetings during visit in Bangladesh

New Delhi-based Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Bangladesh, Milan Hovorka, paid on July 18 a visit to the capital of Bangladesh, Dhaka, in order to support further development of bilateral economic relations, to stimulate even more trade and to promote Czech ambitions to develop business and investment relations. During a brief stay in Dhaka, Ambassador met several prominent representatives of government and public sphere and presented during the meetings existing and planned projects. All negotiations confirmed the mutual interest in cooperation between the Czech Republic and Bangladesh.
 

Bangladesh is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world and, together with large population, represents a forward-looking market for foreign investors and entrepreneurs. Many prospective sectors belong to those in which the Czech Republic stands out and has many years of experience. Ambassador Milan Hovorka thus supported the skills of Czech companies and the potential of Czech exporters during many meetings with the highest representatives of Bangladesh. Ambassador was accompanied by a delegation of several members, composed of representatives of private companies and state institutions.
