The Official Board of the Czech Embassy in Nairobi publishes documents which could not be delivered to the addressee by postal services or any other way which is usual in the respective location, according to the Art. 169b par. 4 of the Act on the Stay on Foreigners on the Territory of the Czech Republic, no. 326/1999 Coll.

According to the same provision of the Act No. 326/1999, the documents will be published for 15 days in a way which allows distant access and, after the 15th day from the publishing, they will be considered to have been delivered.
