The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Manila wishes to announce the following new vacancy:

Job Requirements
- quick and eager learner
- graduate with bachelor/college degree
- proficiency with Microsoft applications; incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- proficiency in the use Internet, AI tools
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Tagalog
- ability to multi-task as well as to work as a team player
- representative appearance and behavior
- adaptability to occasional flexible working hours
- previous experience in relevant positions is welcome but not necessary
What we expect (job description and main responsibilities):
- handles Ambassador’s daily schedule, program, visits, etc.
- organizes appointments, meetings, travel arrangements etc.
- coordinates with different government agencies, other embassies, institutions, organizations, etc.
- prepares drafts of and handles the official correspondence, incl. as note verbales, emails, and letters
- continuously updates contact lists and other databases
- assists in public diplomacy events of the Embassy
- prepares drafts of and takes care of the distribution of the Embassy’s press releases etc.
- manages the social media accounts of the Embassy
- sources key institutional partners and resources
- other administrative and managerial tasks as deemed necessary
What we offer (compensation, basic employment terms and benefits):
- working hours from 08:00 to 16:30; with 30 minutes lunch break
- starting salary: PHP 40,000.00
- probationary period: three (3) months
- salary review: subject to performance evaluation upon successful completion of the probationary period, with the possibility of salary increase
- basic benefits will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines (Social Security, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG)
