IMPORTANT NOTICE: change of office hours for providing proof of insurance and printing long-term visas during Easter

Please note that due to the Philippine public holidays during Easter, the office hours for providing proof of insurance and printing long-term visas will be adjusted as follows.

1st week of April: Providing proof of insurance will be on 1.4.2026 from 1pm and visa issuance will be the following day, 2.4.2026 from 2pm.
2nd week of April: Providing proof of insurance will be on 8.4.2026 from 9am and visa issuance will be on Friday, 10.4.2026 from 2pm.
 
From next week, the office hours will be again on Thursdays.
