Minister Malanji assessed the rapidly developing relations between Zambia and the Czech Republic and the opening of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Lusaka. He appreciated the level of Czech agriculture and showed an interest in sharing experiences.

Ambassador Rubeš informed the Minister about the new development cooperation strategy of the Czech Republic with Zambia, which emphasizes especially agriculture. In this sector, cooperation is rapidly developing, even on a commercial basis. He also mentioned the forthcoming contractual documents and agreements that should formalize the development cooperation of both countries and encourage business co-operation.
