A foreigner who is a long-term/permanent resident in a Schengen area state or a European micro-state is entitled to lodge the application through Dresden Visa Centre. In addition, a foreigner who is a citizen of a country presented in the list of countries whose nationals are entitled to submit an application for a long-term visa at any Czech Embassy, is entitled to lodge the application through Dresden Visa Centre.
