Cross-Cultural Pathways for Young Leaders

Following a successful pilot this past summer, the Cross-Cultural Pathways for Young Leaders program will return to Prague from July 21–30, 2026. This 12-day initiative is designed for young people aged 16–22 from the Czech diaspora, especially those living in the United States, offering a unique opportunity to reconnect with Czech heritage while developing leadership and global citizenship skills.
Participants will explore Czech culture through guided activities, historical site visits, workshops, and conversations with experts and cultural leaders. The program also introduces students to academic pathways in the Czech Republic, helping them consider future study and professional opportunities in the country.
The pilot program received outstanding feedback, with students praising its balance of cultural immersion, community-building, and personal growth. Supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, the initiative reflects the country's commitment to engaging and empowering its next generation abroad.
