Czech Republic is offering the exceptional grounds of Štiřín Castle only 25 km from Prague for sale in an electronic auction. The 18th century baroque chateau is being offered including extensive grounds.
The chateau complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several social halls (for congresses or cultural events), facilities for sports and relaxation services. The complex is not currently in use.
The term for deposit of 2o mil. CZK is on February 25, 2025 at 11:59pm.
Starting price is at 1.156.000.000 CZK.
The auction will start on February 26, 2025 at 12pm (noon) and will end on February 27, 2025, at 12pm (noon).
