Mr. Jaroslav Kubera, President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, passed away

With great sorrow we announce that on January 20, 2020, the speaker of the the Upper house of the Czech Parliament, Mr. Jaroslav Kubera, passed away at the age of 72. Long-time Mayor of City of Teplice and Senator for ODS party was the chairman of the Czech Senate since 2018.

The Book of Condolence for Mr. Jaroslav Kubera will be open for signature at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London on Thursday 23 January 2020 from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 17:00, and on Friday 24 January 2020 from 10:00 to 14:00.
