State of emergency in the Czech Republic - ban on travelling to the Czech Republic from the UK

State of emergency was declared in the Czech Republic based on the governmental decree.
Government of the Czech Republic orders following, with effect from 14th March 2020:
- Prohibits of entry of all foreign nationals arriving from high-risk areas (including the UK) with exception of foreign nationals holding temporary residence over 90 days or permanent residence in the Czech Republic; above does not apply to foreign nationals if their entry is in the interest of the Czech Republic,
- Prohibits citizens of the Czech Republic and foreign nationals holding temporary residence over 90 days or permanent residence in the Czech Republic entry in to the high-risk areas (including the UK); this does not apply if an exception has been granted from this order.
