The Embassy of the Czech Republic in London supported the participation of Czech companies at the prestigious Cereals 2026 agricultural event, held on 10–11 June 2026 in Chipping Norton, United Kingdom.
The participation was organised within the framework of the PROPED economic diplomacy project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, funded by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, aimed at promoting Czech innovative solutions and strengthening trade relations between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
Cereals is one of the UK’s leading events focused on arable farming and agricultural technology, annually bringing together more than 650 exhibitors and tens of thousands of professional visitors.
Czech companies showcased at the event included Zetor Tractors, ROZMITAL, SMS CZ, DynaCrop and ESCUBE, along with other representatives of agricultural machinery and modern agri‑technology sectors.
“The Cereals event represents an ideal platform for presenting Czech innovations in agriculture, ranging from precision farming to advanced engineering solutions. The United Kingdom represents an important market with high demands for quality and innovation,” said Denisa Provazníková, Head of the Economic Section at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London.
Exhibiting companies presented their solutions in the areas of agricultural machinery, precision farming, digitalisation, and innovative technologies aimed at improving productivity and sustainability. The programme also included a number of bilateral meetings with British partners, distributors, and potential investors.
This year’s event took place at Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire and featured live demonstrations, crop trials, and an extensive expert programme addressing current challenges in the agricultural sector.
The involvement of Czech companies in the event confirms the growing potential of the Czech Republic in agricultural innovation and its continued interest in deepening economic cooperation with the United Kingdom.
