Among the representatives of the university will be the rector, professor Tomáš Zima, three vice-rectors and representatives of 11 faculties. They will lead negotiations with Oxford, Cambridge, St. Andrews and Edinburgh universities.

On the evening of 18 April, Czech Ambassador Libor Sečka will give a reception at his residence for the delegation from Charles University and its graduates now living in the United Kingdom.
