Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr.Yasin Ekrem Serim received Ambassador Pavel Vacek

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr.Yasin Ekrem Serim received Amb. Pavel Vacek who thanked for Turkish assistance in the evacuation of two Czechs from Sudan handed over a Czech MFA medal of Jan Masaryk to the Deputy Minister, presented the new Czech Consul General in Istanbul, Mrs. Olga Hajflerova, and discussed topical issues of the bilateral as well as EU-Turkish cooperation. 
Also on 11 July, two other senior Turkish diplomats were also awarded the J. Masaryk medal for their contribution to the evacuation of 2 Czech citizens from Sudan.
