Embassy of the Czech Republic in Islamabad in cooperation  with the Honorary Consulates in Lahore and Karachi presented  two Czech talented musicians in Pakistan on the occasion of  Lahore Art Biennale and NAPA International Theatre and Music Festival in Karachi March 17-22.

The musical duo Jakub Junek (violin) and Karel Vrtiška (piano) have kicked off their Pakistani tour with a concert at the  Honorary Consul´s Residence in Lahore and presented on the following days one  concert at the Main Hall of the Quaid-i-Azam Library, Bagh-e-Jinnah  and  one  at the Auditorium of the National College of Arts. They closed their tour at NAPA ´s International Theatre and Music Festival in Karachi.

The  tour  of  both young Czech musicians  was a great success and confirmed  how  quality music/art can  build bridges and cement friendship among nations.
