Finnish President Alexander Stubb to Visit the Czech Republic

On May 4 and 5, an official visit of the President of the Republic of Finland, Alexander Stubb, to the Czech Republic will take place.
President Stubb will meet with his counterpart, the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, as well as with the Vice-President of the Senate, the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, and the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic.
President Stubb’s visit will begin with a welcome ceremony and official talks with President Pavel at Prague Castle. Delegation meetings and a joint press conference of the two presidents will follow.
On Tuesday, May 5, both presidents will speak at the conference Europe as a Task. They will also meet with students of the College of Europe and students who have worked as trainees in EU institutions.
President Stubb will be accompanied by representatives of the Finnish government and the Finnish business community.
