Czech Courses at the Czech Centre Stockholm

Would you like to learn Czech in a friendly environment with the support of an experienced teacher? Join the group online Czech courses, designed for students from Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Baltic region. The classes are led by Pavlína Peteříková, a native speaker with many years of teaching experience, who teaches in both Czech and English to help every student feel confident and progress step by step.
The autumn semester begins on October 5, 2026, includes 15 lessons, and takes place once a week around 6 PM. The course fee is 350 USD (approximately 3,229 SEK) and you can register directly through the form on the Czech Centre Stockholm website till 3 October 2026.
Classes are held via Zoom or Google Classroom, and students work with modern textbooks such as Čeština expres, along with additional materials tailored to each group and its level. The courses are suitable for complete beginners (A1) as well as continuing beginners (A1.2). Before the semester starts, you can take a placement test to ensure you join the right level.
Courses are organized in small groups of 4–10 students, providing plenty of space for communication, individual questions and practical language practice. The teaching focuses on real-life situations, comprehension, and the active use of Czech in everyday life.
