Structure of the Embassy
The Embassy of the Czech Republic has the diplomatic and consular jurisdiction for the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic. The Czech Republic serves also as the protecting power for the United States in Syria. The Embassy is also providing consular assistance to nationals of such Member States of the European Union which don't have any diplomatic mission nor consular office in Syria. The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Damascus is providing visa services to the holders of Diplomatic or Service Passports, the visa services for holders of ordinary passports are provided by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beirut.
