Czech movie at the festival „East by Southeast“

From 23 October to 5 November 2014, for the third year in a row the film festival East by Southeast – New Films from Central and Eastern Europe took place in Cinemateket in Copenhagen.
This traditional autumn film festival wants to present contemporary feature and documentary movies from Central and Eastern Europe which usually don´t get an opportunity to be shown within common distribution. This year the Czech Republic was represented by the movie Honeymoon by director Jan Hřebejk. Beside the Czech movie the cinema´s audience also had the opportunity to see seven other films from the cinematography of Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia.
