On Wednesday, July 29, the Czech Glass Exhibition was opened at the Czech Embassy in Canberra in cooperation with the Canberra Glassworks. The exhibition displayed tableware, design and art glass presenting techniques and designs such as raised enamel, ruby glass or Bohemian cristal. The guests could also appreciate a poster exhibition of art glass from the prominent Lasvit glassworks, as well as several art glass creations from the hands of Czech-Australian artist Zoja Trofimuk.
