During the meeting, they discussed the EU Presidency Priorities including; The War in Ukraine, Energy Security, European defence capabilities, the European Economy and the EU’s Democratic institutions. As a member of the CZ-AUS Parliamentary Friendship Group, the Hon Senator had discussed with the Ambassador, the ongoing discussions around the EU-AUS Free Trade Agreement.
