Together, they discussed potential forms of collaboration between the city of Bruges and cities in Czechia. They also addressed shared urban challenges such as the housing crisis and over-tourism.  

Later, the ambassador met with the Governor of West Flanders, Mr. Carl Decaluwé, to explore further opportunities for cooperation between West Flanders Province and regions in Czechia, including potential exchange programs among universities.
