Celebration of the International Children´s Day in Rafik Hariri University Hospital in Beirut

On Monday, June 1, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Lebanon H.E. Michaela Froňková visited Rafik Hariri University Hospital in Beirut and handed over small gifts by Czech Embassy to small patients who unfortunately spent first summer days at the clinic of pediatry and pediatric oncology.

Czech Embassy in Beirut cooperates with the Rafik Hariri University Hospital on a long term basis, in 2019 Czech ophtalmologiests from General University Hospital in Prague helped Lebanese patients in the framework of development program MEDEVAC. The hospital is also main health institution to cure patients with COVID-19 in Lebanon.
