Czech participation at the China Hi-Tech Fair in Shenzhen

From November 15 to 19, the 25th edition of the China Hi-Tech Fair took place in Shenzhen, city in Southern China. The event focused on the presentation of innovative domestic and foreign companies was also traditionally attended by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing, which, together with the CzechTrade agency, organized the Czech national pavilion as part of the promotion of economic diplomacy (PROPED).
 

The Czech national pavilion presented 4 companies operating on the Chinese market, namely Škoda Auto, Linet, Y Soft and Ecom. Škoda Auto is a traditional partner of the Czech pavilion, during this year it exhibited a Škoda Kodiaq with a new interior design and larger infotainment system. As part of the fair, the Linet company presented its comprehensive Multicare hospital bed to the public. Y Soft presented interested parties with cloud software solutions (not only) for printers. The company Ecom focuses on a relatively narrow circle of interested parties, whose main business is the sale of chromatography equipment.

Czech Embassy’s PROPED also included the presentation of Czech companies on social networks. For this occasion, an account was set up on one of the most popular Chinese platforms, Weibo, and articles were also published in local media.

This year's Hi-Tech Fair was held on an area of ​​500,000 m2 and was visited by approximately 150,000 people. There were also over 80 seminars and forums focused on the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors and others.
