Czech Participation at the ISPO 2016 Sports Fair

Czech Ambassador Bedřich Kopecký took part on 24 February 2016 in the opening ceremony of the international sports trade fair ISPO 2016 in Beijing. With the Winter Olympic Games in 2022 in Beijing approaching, the popularity of winter sports and other outdoor activities in China is on the rise. The local market with sports products offers international manufactures a huge number of opportunities.
The prestigious ISPO 2016 saw the participation of several Czech companies, including the well-established sports clothing manufacturer Alpine Pro. Other Czech participants were rock climbing companies Singing Rock and Tendon, manufacturer of sport compression products Royal Bay, producer of sports massage emulsions Emspoma and clothing manufacturer Direct Alpine.
Thousands of visitors at the Czech stand also had an opportunity to see a new model of the Škoda Yeti car and taste real Czech beer. The Czech pavilion was organised by the CzechTrade office in Beijing. You can visit the pavilion until 27 February 2016.
