Olomouc Region on a visit to Yunnan Province

A delegation of the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic lead by the vicegovernor Pavel Šoltys paid a visit to the Yunnan Province in south China during 10th – 14th of June 2015. In the capital Kunming, the delegation discussed cooperation with the provincial partners and supported activities of Czech companies in the region.
The Olomouc Region presented its promotional stand at the China – South Asia Expo / Kunming Import and Export Fair. Among the Czech companies, which took part in the Expo, was TOS Kunming – celebrating 10 years on the Chinese market. There were also representatives of the Czech aviation sector, food and beverage and glass-making industries.
During the Forum on Cooperation between Olomouc Region and Yunnan, P. Šoltys met with the vicegovernor of Yunnan Province and with the heads of several local companies. End of June will see the Yunnan delegation visiting Olomouc Region and discussing specific projects of cooperation in tourism, investment and other areas.
