Can Czech outdoor equipment attract Chinese customers?

From 23 to 25 February 2011 the fair for outdoor equipment ISPO China in Beijing re-opened its gates to the public and professionals. The good news is that the Czechs were present again as traditional exhibitors..

Company Lanex Bolatice was for four consecutive years showing off their famous products - all kinds of ropes, while its new subsidiary, Singing Rock Co., offered to customers the carabiners, harnesses and other products. Lanex has been associated with the ISPO fair in China from the humble beginnings in one cold exhibition hall to today's modern space full of curious visitors and potential business partners. Its products are finding customers in China and increasingly in larger quantities.

The company Alpine ISPO is not a beginner at ISPO as well, last year it had already a big booth with its products, which are produced in a factory in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province. In 2010 the company opened across the country twenty new stores and plans to further increase the number this year, but also sells through other trading partners.

Company JUREK S + R Ltd. exhibited for the first time here and let´s hope that not for the last. The company belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises and therefore it isencouraging that, for these firms, China is not unattainable, which we hope will show the following month after the first negotiations with potential partners. The company manufactures tents, sleeping bags, mats, etc. for tourists.

China attracts the world´s attention in this sector as well and the number of customers is growing every year.
