ANNOUNCEMENT: Exhibition of works by the distinguished Czech painter Josef Lada entitled “The Magic of Czech Traditions” HAS BEEN PROLONGED

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Athens informs that an exhibition of works by the distinguished Czech painter Josef Lada entitled “The Magic of Czech Traditions” in Agria-Volos has been prolonged and it will last until 21 January 2012.

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Greece informs that an exhibition of works by the Czech painter Josef Lada entitled “The Magic of Czech Traditions” at the Cultural Centre of the Foundation of Nikolaos and Eleni Porphyrogenis in Agria-Volos (phone: 212 809 1320, 6979 27 44 88) has been prolonged until 21 January 2012.
Opening hours: daily, except Sundays, 10:00 - 14:00 and 17:30 - 21:00.

The exhibition “The Magic of Czech Traditions” consists of 78 pictures and visitors will have the opportunity to see works such as “Village with a Church in the Snow”, “Night Watchman (Christmas Eve)”, “Water Sprite”, “Good Soldier Švejk”, among others.

The exhibition is organised in co-operation of the Foundation of Nikolaos and Eleni Porphyrogenis and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Athens.
