Occasion of the 30 years anniversary of the tragic decease of Alexander Dubček

Ambassadors of the Czech and the Slovak Republics in Turkey P.Vacek and J.Pšenica laid wreaths on 7 November 2022 on the occasion of the 30 years anniversary of the tragic decease of Alexander Dubček, former Czechoslovak politician and leader of the "Prague Spring" in 1968 at his memorial in Ankara/Kavaklidere where A.Dubček, after his forced abdication from political offices in Czechoslovakia, served as Czechoslovak Ambassador in Türkiye for a few months in 1970  and is still remembered.
