Czech Statehood Day Reception

Diplomatic reception marking the Czech Statehood Day was held at the Residence of the Czech Republic on 25th September, 2025, and was initiated by Czech Ambassador Petr Štěpánek and H. E. Mr. Mehmet Kemal Bozay, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Türkiye. Approximately 300 guests from diplomatic corps, military, business, academia, as well as military attachés enjoyed Czech hospitality in a pleasant weather in the garden of the Residence. The event was accompanied by panel exhibition „ Dr. Vlasta Kálalová-di Lotti“ mapping life of an extraordinary woman, pioneer in the field of tropical medicine and gynaecology in Türkiye and Iraq in the 1920s.
