Ambassador Pavel Vacek hosted a reception on the occasion of the assumption by the Czech Republic of the  Presidency in the EU Council  on 1st July 2022 at which he presented the EU PRES priorities (text attached) to representatives of Turkish institutions and of the Ankara diplomatic corps; he was joined by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs  of the Republic of Türkiye Mr. Faruk Kaymakci  The reception also saw an exhibition of the photos of two renowned  Czech war reporters (Lenka Klicperová and David Neff) taken in Ukraine in the first days of the Russian assault (titled:Pain, Ruination and Determination).
