Visa Appointment Booking System

To book an appointment for your visa application please follow the instructions below:

I. Applicants for a short-term Schengen visa to the Czech Republic should schedule an appointment on the following email:

 

Abuja.Schengen.Visa@mzv.gov.cz

Monthly limit for appointments for all types of short-term visas is 120

 

II. Applicants for long-term visa and long-term residence permit should kindly book appointment with the Czech Embassy in Abuja by email only.

 

Applicants for the purpose of study should schedule an appointment on the following email:

Abuja.Student.Visa@mzv.gov.cz

Monthly limit for appointments for the purpose of study is 10

 

Applicants for the purpose of work (Blue card) should kindly book an appointment on the following email:

Abuja.Employment@mzv.gov.cz

Monthly limit for appointments for the purpose of Blue card: unlimited

 

Applicants for the purpose of sport should kindly book an appointment on the following email:

Abuja.Sport.Visa@mzv.gov.cz

Monthly limit for appointments for the purpose of sport is 10

 

All other applicants (every other purpose of stay) should schedule an appointment on the following email:

Monthly limit for appointments for long-term visa applications (other than purpose of stay study, employment and sport) is: Family unification: 2; Others: 5

 

III. Applicants for superlegalization of documents

 

Abuja.Superlegalization@mzv.gov.cz

Monthly limit is 60 documents

 

The booking slots for long-term visa and long-term residence permit applications will be open on Saturday, 15. 6. 2024 from 8:00 a.m. CET.

 

E-mails received before this time will not be considered as valid.

 

Booking requests on wrong email address is considered as invalid and will be given no appointment. In subject of the email present your passport number ONLY. Each applicant is allowed to send ONE (1) e-mail only. Applicants who will send more than 1 e-mail (in case of duplicity of his/her passport number in the subjects of the e-mails), will be excluded. The applicants will receive an confirming email from us.

 

The email booking an appointment for visa must contain the following data:

1. first name and surname of the applicant

2. date of birth

3. passport number

4. purpose of travel (e.g. study, family unification, business...)

5. phone number

6. e-mail

7. attachment - scan of the passport data page (in .pdf format)

8. attachment - scan of the document proving the travel purpose

 

The email booking an appointment for superlegalization must contain the following data:

1. first name and surname of the applicant

2. date of birth

3. passport number

4. phone number

5. e-mail

6. attachment - scan of the passport data page (in .pdf format)

7. attachment - scan of the documents

 

The received applications will be accepted and processed chronologically. The applicant will only be given an appointment date if all the necessary requirements are fulfilled. All correct e-mails received before the available capacity is reached will be answered with an automatic response and will be processed within 7 days. When the capacity is reached, the applicant will receive an automatic response and can schedule an appointment date the following month.

The appointment dates are final and unchangeable. Cancelled appoinments cannot be replaced by other applicants. If the applicant cancels his/her appointment, a new appointment must be arranged via e-mail under the above described procedure.

There is no other way to make an appointment for submission of above mentioned applications.

The Embassy will not respond to attempts which do not follow the above described procedure.
