Minister of Foreign Affairs of Niger and the Czech Ambassador talked about migration

Ambassador Pavel Mikeš met the head of diplomacy of the Republic of Niger, H. E. Mrs Aïchata Boulama Kané during his working visit to Niger in January 2016. The Minister used this opportunity to highlight the long tradition of cultural and economic cooperation between the Czech Republic and Niger. Niger faces many security challenges at most of its borders as well as inside the country. The country is currently in the great need of support for technical  and vocational education. Ambassador P. Mikeš confirmed Czech interest in broader economic, development and security cooperation, including cooperation in the fight against illegal migration.
