National Theatre Brno to Perform in Dubai – An Unmissable Cultural Experience

Czechia's rich artistic heritage will be on full display this February in Dubai as the National Theatre Brno (NdB) presents a series of world-class performances at the prestigious Dubai Opera. We warmly invite the public to experience these extraordinary productions and celebrate the beauty of Czech performing arts on an international stage.

Ballet: La Bayadère ( Feb 14 and 16)

A masterpiece of classical ballet, La Bayadère tells a moving tale of love, jealousy, and redemption set in ancient India. This grand production by NdB features guest stars from the Royal Ballet in London, including Vadim Muntagirov and Fumi Kaneko.

Mozart Requiem & Symphony No. 1 (Feb 18)

Conductor: Robert Kružík

NdB’s Janáček Opera Ensemble will present a moving performance of Mozart’s Requiem alongside his Symphony No. 1. Featuring soloists Pavla Vykopalová, Václava Krejčí Housková, Daniel Matoušek, and Jan Šťáva, this concert promises a mesmerizing journey through Mozart’s early genius and his final masterpiece.

Composer: Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky

A deeply poetic adaptation of Pushkin’s novel, Eugene Onegin explores themes of unfulfilled love and the pursuit of true happiness. Directed by Martin Glaser and conducted by Robert Kružík, this production brings Tchaikovsky’s exquisite music to life with standout performances by Aleš Jenis (Onegin) and Linda Ballová (Tatyana).
