President of the Economic and Social Council, Ambassador M. Chatardová, met with key stakeholders in Colombia in implementing the SDGs

President of the Economic and Social Council of the UN (ECOSOC), Ambassador M. Chatardová, participated in a series of meetings on February 5, 2018 in Columbia in regards to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the role of private sector in this process.
Ambassador Chatardová met with the Vice Minister of Multilateral Affairs of Colombia, A. Mendoza, Minister of National Planning of Colombia, L. F. Mejía, Director of the Administrative Department of Science, Technology and Innovation, A. Olaya, and she was the main guest at the lunch hosted by the President of Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, M. De Greiff. M. Chatardová also met with Colombian non-state actors from academia, NGOs and think tanks on national processes of implementing and monitoring the SDGs.
