
President of ECOSOC, Ambassador M. Chatardová, hosted a luncheon on manufacturing and competitiveness on the sideline of the Forum on Financing for Development

Ambassador M. Chatardová, president of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) hosted a luncheon with a theme “Manufacturing and Competitiveness” on April 24, 2018 on the sidelines of the Forum on Financing for Development (FfD). The luncheon took place at the Bohemian National Hall in New York as a follow up on early sessions of the FfD. The luncheon was attended by Executive Directors of the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, ministers, deputy ministers and high representatives of the countries present at the FfD Forum. In attendance was also Under-Secretary General for Economic and Social Affairs.
