President of ECOSOC, Ambassador M. Chatardová, delivered the inaugural address during the 20th session of the Committee for Development Policy

President of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), Ambassador M. Chatardová, delivered the inaugural address during the opening segment of the 20th session of the Committee for Development Policy (CDP), which took place in New York between March 12 and March 16, 2018.

Ambassador Chatardová spoke alongside the Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs, L. Zhenmin, and she spoke about the importance of the CDP and useful inputs from this session themed “leaving no one behind” that will help guide the deliberations of the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, which will take place in New York in July.
