Minister of Health, A. Vojtěch, will participate in the seventy-third session of the UN General Assembly

On September 26 and September 27, 2018, Minister of Health of the Czech Republic, Mr. Adam Vojtěch, will participate in two high-level meetings on tuberculosis and non-communicable diseases, which are organized on the sidelines of the General Debate of the seventy-third session of the UN General Assembly.

Minister of Health of the Czech Republic, A. Vojtěch, will speak during the general debate on non-communicable diseases and will also be a member of a panel on participation of governments, civil society and private sector in prevention and control of non-communicable diseases. Minister Vojtěch will subsequently deliver one of the opening statements during a meeting on tuberculosis organized by World Health Organization in cooperation with Slovakia. During his visit to New York, Mr. Vojtěch will also bilaterally meet with health ministers of Georgia and Lithuania. He will sign a cooperation agreement with his Lithuanian counterpart.
