Czech Philharmonic Orchestra in Carnegie Hall for the 100th anniversary of the independent Czechoslovak State

Czech Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Semyon Bychkov performed Czech masterpieces by Dvořák and Mahler on October 27 and October 28, 2018 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the independent Czechoslovak State.

Czech Philharmonic Orchestra performed Dvořák’s Symphony No. 7 and his Cello Concerto on Saturday and Mahler’s Symphony No. 2. Both performances were a success with demanding concert-goers of Carnegie Hall and both ended with standing ovations.
