Ambassador Marie Chatardová on the role of Human Rights Defenders

On 18 December 2018 Ambassador Marie Chatardová pronounce a statement in the General Assembly at the occasion of high-level meeting on the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration on the Right and Responsibility of Individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

On the same day, Commemorative meeting on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and of the 25th anniversary of the Vienna Declaration and the Programme of Action and award ceremony for the United Nations Human Rights Prize were organized.
