Mongolia will be subject to one time fingerprint data collection

Within the domestic regulations and enhancing immigration control and registration Mongolia introduces one time fingerprint data collection starting from the 15th of October, 2015. All foreign citizens, except the holders of diplomatic passports and persons under 16 years of age, entering to Mongolia will be subject to one time fingerprint data collection starting from the 15th of October, 2015.
Fingerprints will be taken in the territory of Mongolia, at the international airport in Ulaanbaatar and at the border controls to the Russian Federation and China and at other international ports.
Forefinger prints of both hands are asked for data collections only once till expiration of your present travel document.
