The Czech stand at the “Education and Business Fair” in Ulaanbaatar attracted the most attention

On March 16, 2019, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ulaanbaatar participated in the “Education and Business Fair” organized by the Alliance Francaise at the Blue Sky Hotel, as part of the Francophonie Festival in cooperation with resident embassies of French-speaking countries in Ulaanbaatar. The Czech Republic took part in the event as a Francophone Observer Country, which it acquired twenty years ago.
The Czech Ambassador, Mr. Jiří Brodský, in his opening speech in French, briefly presented the Czech Republic mainly on activities in the field of education in which embassies take part, 12 scholarships given annually, as well as educational projects implemented in cooperation with Czech and Mongolian universities on the basis of Memoranda of Understanding and briefly mentioned the activities of Czech companies in the territory. Then he invited the present students of Mongolian high schools and universities to watch a short video about studying at Czech universities, which can be seen on the website www.studyin.cz and invited students to the Czech stand, which deservedly attracted the greatest attention in the hall.
