Translation requirements for supporting documents for long-term visas and residence permits

Translations of all supporting documents for the purposes of long-term visas and residence permits will be accepted only if they are made by a court interpreter, who is on the list of interpreters of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
Translations made by local interpreters will no longer be accepted for the purposes of applications for long-term visas and residence permits.
A list of court interpreters with complete contact details is available on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic - https://seznat.justice.cz/
Apostille clause on official/ public documents (e.g. Criminal Records, Birth certificates or documents on education) does not need to be translated into Czech.
